Do I need a Resibook account?
No. Lemon Squeezy emails you the licence key and the receipt, and you enter the key in Settings › Licence.
What happens if I stop paying monthly?
After you cancel, the licence keeps working to the end of the time you have paid for. Then your books open read-only again, and you can still view, export and back them up.
Can I move my licence to another computer?
Yes. On the old computer open Settings › Licence and choose Move to another computer, then enter the key on the new one. If the old computer is lost or broken, write to us and we will free the key.
Who sells Resibook?
Lemon Squeezy sells licences as the merchant of record. It takes the payment, charges any tax, sends the receipt and makes refunds.
Is there a Mac version?
Not yet. Resibook runs on Windows 10 and 11 for now.
Is Resibook certified by a tax office?
No. Resibook is not certified anywhere, reports to no one and never files anything for you. You or your accountant file.
Does Resibook see my books?
No. Your books live in a file on your computer, and we never see what is in them.
When does Resibook go online?
For two things only: your licence, and the AI you choose to connect. Updates come through the Microsoft Store.
Can you recover a forgotten password?
No. We have no copy of your password or your recovery phrase, and no copy of your books.
Does it work in my country?
Resibook works in any country and any currency. You set the tax names and rates yourself.
